Our annual inclusion calendar highlights universally recognized days like International Women’s Day, World Health Day, International Day of Peace and Disability Awareness Week. While we recognize the importance of discussing these themes throughout the year, these special dates serve as valuable moments to engage in dialogues, educate ourselves, and honor diverse cultures.
Embracing Flexibility
Flexibility is vital to nurturing a diverse work environment. Understanding that standard national holidays may not be suitable for everyone, we have introduced a flexible approach. This allows members of our team to replace typical national holidays with days that have more personal meaning to them, such as Chinese New Year or Eid al-Fitr.
